Repairs are coming along nicely. Derek and I went to check out the house this afternoon and a few things are already done! We also have a new air conditioner and heat unit being installed on Tuesday. Hopefully, by next Friday we'll be able to close or early the week after. I am so ready to get into the house and get it repainted and start really fixing it up! Derek and I are also going refrigerator shopping Monday and hopefully getting a big sale since it's Labor Day. Our stove arrived yesterday and it fits perfectly in it's little nook and seems to work well. Anyways, Huckle says it's nap time and I agree. I should have more to update once we know when all repairs are finished and we finally have a closing date.
